Mr. Mark Antonio McKenzie

He became Managing Director of Red Stripe in 2004. Mark is a Jamaican who, prior to returning to Jamaica operated his own business in Puerto Rico and has over 20 years’ experience in the fast moving consumer goods industry.

During his career he has held Executive positions in major companies including Procter & Gamble, Gillette and Coca-Cola, covering markets that includes Jamaica, Venezuela, Central America and others within the Caribbean.

Mark has distinguished himself as a focused, results oriented leader who effectively manages and impacts the bottom line.

He also has an impressive track record as a strong team player who promotes growth and builds teams into highly effective units. He embraces a consultative and transparent management approach that consistently delivers results even in difficult conditions.

Mark earned his B.Sc. (Hon) in Management Studies at the University of the West Indies, Mona.He speaks two languages, English and Spanish.He is married to Betty Valiante, A Venezuelan National and has a 13 year old daughter, Lauren Ashley. For relaxation Mark engages in walking and training. He enjoys the movies, theatres and concerts.
